[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender ### Penhill Footbridge Maintenance 2022 Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision maintenance works at Penhill Footbridge in the Swindon urban area. ### Project Description The aim of this project is to address condition defects and maintenance issues on the bridge's structure, to address on-going deterioration and improve the bridge's aesthetic appearance. The works to be undertaken include bridge maintenance repairs and the replacement of coatings. The initial contract term will be for 6 weeks as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £140k - £180k. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 8th March 2022, 1200 hrs UK Local time.
