This is very much a "pass through" requirement. The successful reseller will only be required to accept the orders from Jisc, place corresponding orders with Snow, invoice Jisc and pay Snow. No other value add is expected, there will be no requirement to interact with institutions that are part of the agreement on either a pre- or post-sales basis.
