If there is no existing toilet facilities on that floor (excluding loft) or only one bathroom is available in the house, to consider the installation of a shower room or if space does not allow install a toilet and wash hand basin. A toilet facility to be installed on the ground floor. The Employers Requirements are that the Contractor shall take possession of the property, extend an existing three bedroom property (with additional shower room or WC) and enlarge it to a four bedroomed property, including the ancillary works and services and return it to the employer completed and ready to occupy (Key to Key process).
