In advance of any Procurement or mini competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, QE Facilities intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note, this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present their solutions. All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal which can be accessed via [nhssourcing.co.uk](https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk) ([nhssourcing.co.uk](https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk)). The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project. Further to the above; as part of the pre-market discovery exercise, QE Facilities may wish to invite providers to present their Solutions to key stakeholders of the Trust.
