Contract Duration: - The contract will be effective immediately upon award. - The solution will be operationally 'business as usual' before 31st March 2023 - The contract duration will be based upon the anniversary of point 2 (above) and shall be in effect for four years. - The university reserves the right to extend the contract for any period up to a maximum of two additional years.
