The Moredon Sports Hub is to secure a sustainable sporting and recreational future for the site by enhancing the existing offer and bringing in new facilities to increase use and participation. It is a busy site with many existing users. The new pavilion is one of the principle new facilities alongside a Football 3G AGP, regional standard closed road cycling circuit and various other cycling facilities. The pavilion has a gross internal area circa 685 square meters and comprises: • 4 team changing rooms and official change • Accessible change and toilets • Club room • Youth/multi-use room (with dedicated outdoor space) with kitchen • Café and kitchen • Office/reception • Ancillary office • Storage & plant room Full details relating to the works are provided in the tender documents.
