This is a demand-led service, designed to enhance the performance of senior leaders and managers in their roles. Colleagues may put themselves forward for coaching, with the endorsement of their manager and/or HR Business Partner, or it may be recommended as part of their leadership development. Coachees may be participating in other leadership development activities, which are complemented by coaching, or coaching may be a standalone development initiative. Participation comes from across Academic and Professional Services staff. As a demand-led service, there aren't a specific number of coaching relationships set up each year.
