The projects identified include: - Providing urban design advice on complex pre-applications / planning applications for strategic sites and development management teams. - Providing urban design advice to policy on the emerging joint local plan, transport projects and emerging SPDs / AAPs. - Assist in contributing individually or as part of a team on urban design projects. The appointed contractor would be expected to provide a lead on placemaking in consultation and direction of the SCDC Contract Manager.
