The purpose of the Independent Foster Carer Support and Allegation Management Service is to - Deliver MCC Statutory obligations to ensure Foster Carers have independent advocacy support - Provide a network of direct and peer support to all Foster Carers responsible for Manchester's Looked After Children - Offer a procedural arrangement for managing, investigating and responding to practice standards concerns and/or allegations made by or against Foster Carers.
