This will involve: o Ensuring that any offer mets the Terms and Conditions coming from the Grant Awarding body (DEFRA via Cheshire West Council), o reviewing existing woodland creation offers available to landowners (e.g. EWCO, other woodland creation partnerships), o assessing cash flow from CF and landowner perspectives and linking this with work on wider finance modelling for PSDCF (NB specialist finance support will be in place to collaborate on this) o running two consultation events and subsequent exercise, for PCSDCF to enable schemes to be developed in a timely way for year 2 planting pipeline. (8 hours per week) - Develop and expand on current year 2 (22/23) planting pipeline of 100ha by working with landowners and partners to identify: o new opportunities for tree planting schemes o developing existing schemes including land owner agreements, o planting plans, o EIA and regulatory requirements o list of trees reservation of stock ready for procurement.
