The Contract is expected to commence in April, May or June 2022, depending upon internal governance and contractor mobilisation, and will be for a period of 48 months with an Authority only option to extend by a further 24months, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and subject to satisfactory performance and annual review. The Contractor will be appointed using a JCT Measured Term Contract and will deliver Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys including sampling and independent air testing (for asbestos removal completed by our approved contractor).
