Additional information: Rather than take the traditional approach of the Environment Agency scoping and specifying the delivery method to be used, the preferred approach is to use an outcome based specification. The invitation to tender states the desired outcomes required for the project, but leaves potential suppliers to determine the most appropriate approach, in order to encourage suppliers to develop innovative solutions. ## CPV classification Marketing services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/1de85026-177e-4ba7-bab0-a782314e7755) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
