Certification consists of a two part audit and will apply to all Public Sector Prisons; Part 1 is a check on documentation based upon the BS 9997 requirements. Once content that the fire risk management system documentation complies with the standard- can move on to: Part 2 of the audit. This will be a remote audit with no need to visit sites.
