There are some complex Programmes and Projects currently in delivery and the pipeline also includes smaller continuous improvement projects, iterating current live service. Some Projects will deliver tactical solutions that fit within the context of the overall portfolio and wider DWP Application Reference Architecture. The breadth of the DCS Portfolio covers Finance; Human Resources (HR); Learning and Development; Estates; Change and Resilience; Communications and the Digital Chief Operating Office.
