The framework will be primarily for use by the Department of Health and Social Care, the lead Authority, but it will be opened for use by: • any local authority in England; A-Z of councils online \| Local Government Association • NHS England and NHS Improvement; NHS England » Contact us • any Integrated Care Board, NHS Trust or NHS Foundation Trust in England (NHS England » NHS provider directory) The aim of this service is to provide a cost effective and clinically robust service accessible for sexually active individuals aged 16 years and over. Emphasis will be placed on increasing testing for HIV amongst most at risk groups including gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men and black African populations. The service will be paid for by the customer and will be free to the service user.
