During this phase, the successful provider will work closely with the CYP Transformation Team and CEW clinic clinicians, to set up the data collection infrastructure and develop a digital solution that will enable collection and storage of the measures. We are aiming for the support partner to be appointed and work to commence from May 2022. The contract will run for the period until 31st March 2023.
