The scheme is located within the Limehurst Village area of Oldham. The tender is not Lotted and does not lend itself to lotting due to the quality of apartments. A single provider will be appointed. The estimated contract value stated above is exclusive of VAT. Tenderers must be a Registered Provider of Social Housing. .
