Brief description: ### The role As an L&D Support Officer you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Learning & Development activities. Covering all aspects of L&D support you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. Ideally, you should have experience of providing support services within a busy administration or learning and development environment, being able to demonstrate how you deliver excellent customer service is a must. You should be able to demonstrate: o Your knowledge, skills and experience of supporting a busy office environment o Ability to co-ordinate multiple events / tasks o A clear understanding of your customers, key stakeholders and their needs o A proven track record of excellent customer service delivery o You can build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions.
