The programme will deliver the planning phase by the end of March 2022 and we expect the supplier to provide consultancy support from a wealth of experts across multi-disciplinary specialist/expert services, including but not exhaustive, of: • academic and behavioural change/insight support not currently to be found within the team; • clinical insight; • process engineering and product design; • behavioural research, surveys, engagement and awareness materials; • academic and behavioural change/insight support. This work is to be delivered by 31 March 2022.
