## About this tender

### Goods required\\r

Undertake both policy and peer review activities in relation to the CPCA's refreshed \\r

Local Transport & Connectivity Plan (LTCP). This work will be undertaken to benchmark policy \\r

frameworks and sense-check interim reports, documents and draft deliverables.\\r

\\r

### Services and Deliverables required\\r

Provide transport consultancy services, but on a ad-hoc basis, and include the \\r

following:\\r

• Policy Review: a discrete document containing the policy framework for the LTCP from \\r

national to local and transport and wider planning; identifying the key themes with which \\r

the LTCP should align, and a "golden thread" through to the revised vision and objectives \\r

of the LTCP. Also conduct a benchmarking exercise of key themes, visions and \\r

objectives of up to six comparator authorities from the UK and internationally.\\r

• Peer Review: sense-checked interim reports and documents, and draft deliverables, \\r

which will be undertaken as and when required by the CPCA, supported by ad hoc meeting \\r

attendance.\\r

### Optional Services required\\r

Transport planning and stakeholder engagement consultancy services related to the Local \\r

Transport and Connectivity Plan and ancillary and follow-on work.
