ICS development is a core priority of the Leadership and Lifelong Learning Directorate and this offer, working with the Integrated Care Systems, will help to take forward transformation outlined within the Health & Care Social Bill published in 2021, which sets out the intended reform of the delivery of health services to promote integrated services between health and care in England. This proposed intervention supports the Leadership and Lifelong Learning strategic priority within 2022/23 for ICS Development Support.
