However, it has been recognised that the IPO has a significant opportunity to transform the way it delivers its services to maximise its effectiveness and to help maintain its position as a global leader in the management of IP. In order to realise this opportunity the IPO commenced Phase One of a Transformation programme in January 2021. For Phase Two Client Side Services we will be focusing on tailored support in key areas (such as PMO & Service / product support) that will complement both IPO & their eco system of suppliers.
