Warwickshire Police have a commitment to the development of its people to ensure they have the capability and capacity to deal with current and future demands for the successful delivery of policing services to the public. The Chief Constable's vision is that the organisation becomes: • More customer focused. • That we further improve our communication skills and how we communicate with each other and externally. Following internal consultation we wish to run a pilot programme of customer service training. The project scope is to secure a supplier who can design and deliver a proof-of-concept pilot. This is an RFQ process, further detailed requirements available via the EU Supply portal where all expressions of interest should be made (link below). ## CPV classification Education and training services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/1cafbe5a-2642-4e13-9ab0-e50078240618) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
