The insurance broker appointment includes all activities for all policies, including but not limited to: marketing, placement, documentation, query resolution, policy /technical wording review, risk management advice, strategic advice, contract clause review, technical advice, claims oversight and invoicing/payment. NDA reserves the right to allow its parent BEIS, and any other publicly owned organisations, access to utilise the contract if required The proposed duration of this Contract will be 3 years plus the option to extend by 1+1 years (5 years total). The procurement route will be by Find a Tender. NDA and Rutherford (NDA Captive Insurer) will appoint 1 supplier to provide all of the services required .
