The work will dovetail with monitoring done by the EA to better understand how PFAS substances behave in the environment. Fish samples will also be analysed for a wide range of other contaminates including mercury, PCB and PBDE The scope of the work is for the collection of freshwater fish from 21 pre-selected sites across the UK on a single round of sampling.
