Including but not limited to - Inspection and testing. - Planned maintenance. - Remedial works arising from planned inspections or maintenance. - Responsive repairs, including out of hours callouts. - Minor repair, installation, alteration, or improvement works. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is scheduled to be on Saturday 1st April 2023 at 00:01 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of two years and one month until 30th April 2025, with an option to extend for a further two-year period in one-year increments subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council up to a final contract end date of 30th April 2027.
