This arrangement involves the support of Professional Counsellors that will provide advice and support to the young people. Additional information: This award notice has been raised to extend an existing arrangement that was initially awarded via a negotiated arrangement which was under the OJEU threshold which ran from the 7th May-2020 and will expire on the 6th May-2021.
