In line with requirements the framework will be divided into four Lots as follows: - Lot 1Architectural Consultancy Services - Lot 2Cost Management Consultancy Services - Lot 3Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy ### Services - Lot 4Principal Designer Consultancy Services Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. All Lots will be awarded and will operate on a ranked, multi supplier basis with the option to carry out further competition at the sole discretion of the Council. It is envisaged that the top 3 suppliers for all Lots will be appointed to the framework on a ranked basis.
