[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Worcester City Council is seeking a Contractor to undertake repairs, maintenance and planned works at the direction of the Client for the three water features noted below (all located within the city boundaries). - Gheluvelt Park Splashpad. - Cripplegate Park fountain \[Grade II Listed\] - Quayhead Fountain The service to be provided is described in three categories: A - Regular servicing during the operational period of the fountains. This will include microbiological and Ph water testing. B - Reactive maintenance and repairs according to a priority assigned by the Client. C - Planned maintenance up to a maximum value of £10,000 per order, (subject to quotation and demonstration of Best Value). The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal [procontract.due-north.com](https://procontract.due-north.com) to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password, allowing them to gain access to the procurement documents.
