The provider will look to provide a range of effective learning solutions for GP practice care navigators and receptionists delivered through different methods and media, working with the NHSEI AIP team and NHSEI regional implementation leads. The learning solutions must appeal to all learning styles. The provider will need to produce a programme that is sufficiently adaptable to meet the needs of practices, working with leadership and whole teams, and take on board their current levels of demand and help support them make changes to daily practice.
