The tender is not lotted. A single provider will be appointed. Tenderers must be a Registered Provider of Social Housing, Registered with the Regulator of Social Housing. A contract start date of 4th January 2022 is planned, and the contract is offered on the basis of two years, with two further 12 month options to extend (maximum term of four years).
