I suggest we would need to inject on the seen surface in the middle of the U channel as the part will tend to stick to the ribbed side. We may need to have cold sprues that we will need cut off due to the diameter of the hot runner drops. Please include a mould flow as all the rib form needs to be full and the product needs to be flat and straight. Ejection on the ribbed half.
