## About this tender

South Gloucestershire Council and Aequus are working in partnership to bring forward several\\r

South Glos owned sites for residential development. The Grange site is a challenging site to \\r

redevelop. The site contains a derelict former secondary school located within a very large \\r

amount of school playing fields. ACL need to procure a M&E Contractor to deliver the following:\\r

• Passivhaus designer\\r

• Detailed design for building services for delivering South Gloucestershire's requirements \\r

for sustainable construction including on-site renewables\\r

• Advice to the team on building form, location and size of windows and U values to deliver \\r

low cost, low energy homes \\r

• On- site street lighting design\\r

• Sizing of incoming statutory services and negotiations with suppliers to include location of \\r

infrastructure, cost of connection et
