The Council will accept inert waste from the public and deliver the inert waste to the contractors Delivery Point for reprocessing. Delivery Point is defined as the site(s) where Inert Waste is delivered by the Authority or its agent. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a contractor to reprocess Inert Waste arising at its HWRCs. The Council will accept inert waste from the public and deliver the inert waste to the contractors Delivery Point for reprocessing. Delivery Point is defined the site(s) where Inert Waste is delivered by the Authority or its agent. The ITT has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.
