Grange Road is a residential street which runs to the rear of the main Wilstone road. There are existing residential council homes surrounding Grange road with some private properties surrounding the site. The site is currently grassed and has existing trees. The surrounding building context is mainly two-storey traditional brick residential houses. The site also houses a number of mature trees set in surrounding grassland.
