The Scheme in brief looks to improve the operation of the Junction. Due to the immediate constraints at the Junction, the Scheme has been developed to target improvements to the A6177 Outer Ring Road. Specifically, the Scheme looks to build a new road between Horton Park Avenue/Cecil Avenue junction and the All Saints Road/Dirkhill Road junction, with a priority junction at one end and a roundabout at the other end.
