This maintenance includes managing floating weed, submerged plants, obstructions and other debris in our waterways, ditches and channels. The access and environmental issues requires maintenance to be undertaken using boats rather than construction type equipment. There are a number of amphibious weed cutting boats and weed harvesters required.
