This 5-year strategy (still in development at the time of writing) will set three strategic priorities for PEoLC Care: • Improving access • Improving quality • Improving sustainability. Year 1 of the programme (2021/22) will consist of the design, refinement and finalisation of a PEoLC QI tool and associated resources with the support of 2-3 'early implementer' ICSs. In subsequent years, the tool will be rolled out within a greater number of ICSs and become part of NHS England and NHS Improvement's (NHSEI's) business as usual support offer to ICSs.
