Note, throughout the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as the UoN. Synopsis & Brief - We Are looking to but a small thermal evaporator to go the nanofabrication cleanroom in the nmRC at the University of Nottingham. The evaporator will be used to complement electron beam lithography and will mostly be used for depositing titanium and gold for nanostructures and contacts fabricated using a 'lift-off' process.
