The evaluation will consider participants' perceptions of how the programme affects their professional practice, provider performance and learner outcomes. It will compare the effectiveness of different programme strands in meeting the programme objectives, recommend improvements to strengthen programme quality and maximise impact, and inform future programme investment and design decisions.
