Namely this will be a focus on our Red Claims processes. Contracted provision of services for Green Claims has proved very successful in increasing recovery rates and implementing a standard management operating system and performance reporting. This work now needs to be extended into Red Claims. All claims made against us for damage caused due to our network are processed by Highways England. There is a fundamental requirement for fast and efficient collation and sharing of information to enable us to adequately manage these claims.
