The work will include re-profiling of peat drip-edges, construction of peat dams in erosion gullies, supply and installation of geotextile on bare peat, hand spreading of lime, seed and fertiliser (LSF), planting of sphagnum plug plants and planting of vascular plug plants. The contractor will be responsible for managing health and safety of the works, including any subcontracted elements, and fulfilling role of Principle Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (2015).
