The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBKuT) is wishing to develop masterplan proposals to enable the redevelopment and regeneration of a number of Council-owned town centre sites. This RfQ relates to two development opportunities within the town centre, being: The Kingfisher Leisure Centre site and adjacent Cattle Market Car Park (considered as a single development opportunity); and The Guildhall Campus. Collectively these sites are referred to by RBKuT as the Guildhall Redevelopment Programme (GhRP); the Council wishes to appoint a Planning Consultant to lead in providing planning advice and guidance for the Redevelopment Programme. The duration of the contract is an estimated 3 months.
