The contract would be for a fixed price 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months subject to satisfactory performance by the provider for Derbyshire Police, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Derbyshire Police and Fire Limited Liability Partnership LLP (DPFP); and mutual agreement with the provider of services. Please note Derbyshire Police and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Services will have its own contract with the provider, and the organisations Terms & Conditions and Data Handling Schedules are attached for review by bidders.
