[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender This 6-weeks programme has been designed to provide participants with an insight into the games industry, particularly into the occupational area of Video Gaming Quality Assurance (testing), which is predicted to be one of the growth areas. The programme should provide participants with an understanding of the role that video game testing plays within game development; the principles of testing, the methodologies and tools that are used. In addition, how to report findings and equally important, how to work successfully as part of a team. A key objective of the programme is the progression of participants into apprenticeships, therefore participants should be advised of long-term career opportunities and prepared for applying for employment within the industry. All participants who complete the programme must be guaranteed a job interview. The programme should be delivered 4 - 5 days per week between 9:30 - 4:30.
