The Requirements of the service are: - To provide Microsuction in primary care (GP practices) and the community. - To provide general ear care advice and education and promote self- management prior to medical intervention. - To improve the pathway of care for people with hearing loss by removing ear wax prior to any referral for audiology assessment. - To provide equitable timely access to Microsuction in primary care and community settings and reduce unnecessary referrals to secondary care. - To ensure that Microsuction is appropriate, necessary, clinically correct, of high quality, with timely access. - To ensure equity of access across the CCGs population. ### Process Based on the above the CCG is keen to receive expressions of interest from suitably qualified potential bidders. Your response should include: - Please provide an overview of your organisation(s) and experience in providing a Microsuction Service - Please confirm that your interest is based on a clear understanding of the requirements of this set out in this notice - Please confirm your capacity and capability to be able to mobilise the service - Please provide your proposed service model - Please provide details of how much it would cost to deliver this service Additional information: Please note that an expression of interest in delivering the Microsuction Service is not a tender response. An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in the tender process nor does it infer and special status on those providers who do submit an interest.
