The collection agent will be required to contact debtors by post, email, text or telephone to recover outstanding debts owed to Wolverhampton Homes. It should be noted that no debt passed to the collection agent for recovery falls within Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Consumer Credit Regulations 2010.
