The street cleansing services also utilise a range of sacks through day to day activities. LBH wishes to appoint a contractor to provide sacks for use with its household recycling, commercial waste and street cleansing services. The London Borough of Hillingdon wish to consider the benefit of cost versus environmental impact and is therefore inviting tenders on a 'Lot basis'.
