Contract Focus: To encourage a sense of place in the wider landscape so that land managers feel part of a connected environment. To build a peer-to-peer support network allowing farmers and land managers to build local resilience. To build a responsive programme of events offering a bespoke, flexible service. To programme events sensitively, avoiding busiest times of the farming calendar. To develop a programme tailored to the wide range of farming interest represented within the operational area of the project, for example upland livestock farming, lowland arable practices, next generation farmers, and gamekeepers and estate managers amongst many others.
