The purpose of this brief is to set out the requirements of a study into the transport impacts of three development scenarios being considered for the Shoreham Cement Works site in West Sussex. 1.2. The transport study will inform the preparation of the Shoreham Cement Works Area Action Plan (AAP) currently being prepared by the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA). The AAP will sit alongside the recently adopted South Downs Local Plan (SDLP), which covers the plan period 2014-2033.
